They’ve experienced and been overwhelmed by anxiety and panic attacks.
I’ve also had depression and severe anxiety. I’ve felt that fear, worry, confusion, irritation, panic and anxiety that you’re experiencing right now. I had no one to show me HOW to feel better.
But then I discovered NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)* and learned how to feel better, FAST. It completely changed my life!
And since then, I’ve spent years studying and training so that I can help people just like you to bust your anxiety.
Like sports coaches help train our bodies, coaching with me will help you train your brain so you can start to feel happier, calmer and in control again.
* ‘Neuro’ relates to the brain and what we think; ‘linguistic’ refers to what we say by way of our words and body language, and ‘programming’ describes the patterns and habits we have created and learned.
In short, our brains are like computers, which sometimes run programs that don’t give us our desired results. NLP is a model which helps us reprogram these thoughts and behaviours which may (or may not) have once worked for us.
What a coaching session involves:
Each session will be based around what you want. We’ll discuss what’s going on for you right now (you don’t have to discuss anything you don’t want to) and look at ways to help you feel better again.
I will also show you some amazing anxiety-busting techniques which people I’ve worked with have found really fun, inspiring and effective.
This is a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you.
You’ll definitely have some ‘lightbulb’ moments along the way and things that are happening in your life will suddenly start to make more sense!

Is this counselling?
No it’s not. The Relieve Your Anxious Mind Coaching program is about coaching you to success.
How is coaching different to counselling?
Coaching is more about looking at what’s going on for you right now and focusing on solutions to empower you to move forward in your life. According to John Whitmore in his book, Coaching For Performance, “Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.” (Whitmore, J., 2002).
There are benefits to counselling and I’m not disparaging the valuable work of counsellors for one moment, but coaching is beneficial because you won’t have to ‘re-live’ past disturbing events.
Coaching helps you to improve your performance in whichever areas of your life you wish; it focuses on the here and now and the steps you need to take to fulfil your potential. This is done by helping you to explore obstacles and create plans to help you maintain motivation and achieve your goals, wishes and desires.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held at the Glenn Lobo Centre in Luton but you can have some sessions online if you prefer.
Will the coaching sessions help me?
